Ivana Pilja @ FWSK

For the closing of the tenth edition of Fashion Weeekend Skopje, we had the opportunity to enjoy Ivana Pilja’s collection, who’s show seemed to be the one everyone anticipated the most.

The “Telecom innovation center” was the perfect location for this show that really resembled the “2001: A Space Odyssey” with its unique ambient and lighting. What we saw on the “runway” was totally innovative and unusual. Inspired by Japanese insect locally known as “Semi”, Ivana showed us a combination of art and fashion avant-garde with different costumes with unbelievably detailed textures of wearable as well as theatrical pieces with noticeable skills in the making.

Take a look at Ivana Pilja’s “Semi Song” on the photos above :)
